Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. Before your parcel is sent to you, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product or if your product arrives defective or damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please notify us immediately, within 48 hours of item receipt, and wait for a confirmation email that will contain detailed instructions on how to ship the item to us. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 calendar days and returned to us in perfect unused condition and in their original packaging accompanied by your sales receipt. Items returned without prior notification and confirmation will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Please note that you are solely responsible for the product until it reaches us, so please send the package with a reliable, traceable service so it can be located. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you will be refunded via the method originally used for the purchase or granted merchandise credit according to the cost of the goods. Please note that local or international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded.

If you received the correct product that you ordered and it arrived without defects, and yet you choose to return it, you must notify us immediately, within 48 hours of item receipt, and wait for a confirmation email that will contain detailed instructions on how to ship the item to us. Please note that earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygienic/sanitary reasons. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 calendar days and returned to us in perfect unused condition and in their original packaging accompanied by your sales receipt. If more than 14 days have gone by after receipt of your purchase, and it has not been sent back to us, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Items sent without original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee.  You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item, and if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund. Only regular-priced items may be returned; sale or discounted items cannot be returned. Please note that local or international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded.
