We offer free standard international shipping of your order with tracked delivery service. Upon receipt of payment authorization, your purchased item will sent to you. After we ship an item, it is in the hands of the mailing service. Please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. Your package is always delivered in person against signature; this is why we cannot deliver to a PO Box. We will ship to the address you provide, so please make sure it is entered correctly. We will not reimburse for items shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error. Any fault in the product not due to shipping or mishandling must be communicated to us within 48 hours of receipt. All customs duties and local taxes – if relevant - will be the responsibility and at the expense of the buyer according to the regulations of the country/region to which the shipment is delivered.
